Alex Freemerman – Broker

My name is Alex Freemerman and I come to real estate from a long career in cancer research. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Virginia in 1994 and did two post-doctoral fellowships at Virginia Commonwealth University and The University of Arizona. I was on the faculty at Duke University for 10 years and was a staff scientist at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for 8 years. In 2017, our family decided to move to the west coast. We chose Eugene primarily to enjoy the great outdoor pursuits so abundant in Oregon. My wife and I enjoy hiking, kayaking, biking, and camping. We have hiked over 500 miles each of the last 2 years. My other hobbies include home renovation projects and auto mechanics. I have fully renovated my last 2 houses and built a tiny house. My knowledge base from home renovations helps me evaluate a property’s potential for both buyers and sellers and my science training has honed my ability to observe the smallest details in every home. Let me help you buy or sell a home and I promise to give you my full, undivided attention.–
